DeCay&Shivers: The Flutter of Exchange

DeCay & Shivers are SO close to solving the Case that they can almost id the culprit by the N.O.T.s, and as DeCay has just received a couple of lucky dice it seems an easy catch. Or maybe luck is more capricious than that, for what is its nature really? Not to speak of the price?

An autumnal adventure taken from a random spot in DeCay & Shivers' timeline.
